 This wine is made in a Kvevri from Goruli Mtsvane,  an endemic variety of grape grown in the vineyards of Plevi village.  Maceration period was 1 Month, with wild yeasts used in the fermentation. This grape is one of the leading variety of Kartli region.  Aromas of citrus fruit and lime.  Very well-expressed character of wine,  rich and harmonious body with firm and tannic structure, and long finish.  Suggested cuisine: Salads, fish, seafood, and soft cheeses.  Serve chilled at 12-14°.
