This wine is made in kvevri according to the ancient Georgian traditional method. Wine spent 9 days ageing on skin, with wild yeasts and free from any additives. This dark cornelian cherry colored wine originates from the selected vineyards of the Tibaani village, Sighnaghi, Kakheti. Its special features are the sharp aromas of herbs and black fruits. It is a full-bodied, muscular wine with strong tannins and a memorable finish. Suggested cuisine: All kind of meet, crushed beans, fried vegetables, hard cheeses, terrine and etc. Serve chilled at 14-16°.
